Refund policy

Shipping

We ship free of charge throughout Italy by tracked express courier. Delivery takes 2-4 business days and, once your parcel ships, you receive a link to track it online.

Shipping within Italy is always free, even for multiple orders placed separately; for shipping abroad, you can find costs and delivery times on the Shipping page. The risk of loss of or damage to the parcel passes to you only upon delivery. We use sturdy boxes of the right size, so that your items arrive well protected.

Returns and refunds (right of withdrawal)

You have 15 days from delivery to return an item without giving any reason: the law provides for 14 days, and we give you one extra day. You can do this online from the Withdraw from contract page: sign in with the email address used for your order, select the items and confirm; you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Alternatively, write to info@morgillocalzature.it stating your order number and the items you wish to return; you may also use the withdrawal form found in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Then send the item back to us within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal, at MD SRLS, Via San Nigrato 9, 81021 Arienzo (CE), Italy. The cost of returning the item is borne by you, unless the item is defective or different from what you ordered. You may try the shoes on at home, just as you would in a store, but we ask you to return them unused, with the tag attached and in the original packaging: if the item has lost value because it was used more than necessary to try it on, we may deduct the difference from your refund.

We refund you using the same payment method you used for the purchase, within 14 days from the day you notify us of the return; if you paid cash on delivery, we refund you by bank transfer to the IBAN you give us. We may wait until we have received the item, or proof that you have sent it, before issuing the refund.

Size or model exchange

Within 15 days of delivery you can exchange the size or the model, provided that the item has not been used or damaged and still has its tag. Write to us at info@morgillocalzature.it with your order number and the size or model you would like. For a model exchange, you receive a credit equal to the amount you paid, to use toward the new model or another order.

Personalized products

Made-to-measure or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. The legal guarantee of conformity still applies.
