Legal Guarantee
All Morgillo products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, starting from delivery, provided for by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). Below you will find the harmonized notice on the legal guarantee: it is the official European Union template, published in Italian by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.
How to report a defect
Write to info@morgillocalzature.it or call 0823 755359, describing the problem and attaching, if you can, a few photos and your proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email. You can choose between repair and replacement, both free of charge. For purchases made from July 31, 2026, if you choose repair, the guarantee on that product is extended by a further 12 months, once only.
