Withdraw from Contract
You have 15 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract, that is, to return one or more items and receive a refund, without having to give any reason. You can also withdraw before you receive the package, from the moment you placed the order.
How it works
- Click “Withdraw from contract here” and sign in with the email address you used for the order: we will send you an access code, no password needed.
- Open the order and choose the items: if the order has not shipped yet, you can request its cancellation; if you have already received it, you can request a return.
- Check the summary and confirm your request.
- You will immediately receive an email showing the content of your request and its date and time: this is your receipt, so please keep it.
Prefer to write to us?
You can also withdraw by sending an explicit statement to info@morgillocalzature.it, with your order number and the items concerned, or by using the model withdrawal form included in the Terms and Conditions of Sale. We will confirm by email that we have received your request.
After withdrawal
Send the items back within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal to MD SRLS, Via San Nigrato 9, 81021 Arienzo (CE). Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the item is defective or different from the one you ordered. We will refund you within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the purchase; if you paid cash on delivery, by bank transfer to the IBAN you give us.
